ONE-OFF DAYS
We can provide one-off day workshops, or 5-day workshops based on Drama, Music Theatre and more! These may be based around the following ideas but this is by no means an exhaustive list and we can work with a school to create a bespoke programme to suit their needs.
History Days A great compliment to a scheme of work. Pupils (either KS1 or KS2) will develop their own characters and spend a day in a specific time period. Time periods used include WWII, Tudors and Victorians, but a bespoke workshop can be written to meet with your needs.
Introduction to Shakespeare Pupils explore the Bard's work practically, with the emphasis on performing Shakespeare's work. Workshops focus on one of his plays of the school's choice: the most common choices being A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth.
Storytelling Taking theatre back to its bare bones and creating something from nothing. Pupils will learn one or two traditional tales (picked by the school from our extensive list which includes Bible, folk and multi-cultural stories) and create a performance based on them.
