Act II Theatre Company is committed to producing a working environment in that all staff and volunteers can feel equally involved. Act II Theatre Company opposes all forms of discrimination. Act II Theatre Company actively encourages all clients, staff and volunteers to report incidents of discrimination and harassment and agrees to provide procedures to ensure that these are appropriately investigated and resolved.
 
Act II Theatre Company is aware of its legal obligations, and the current recommendations of good practice relating to equal opportunities, and continues to implement these. In addition, Act II Theatre Company remains aware of modified and new legislation and adapts accordingly. Guidelines for this are based on:-
